Common use of Instructor Certification Clause in Contracts

Instructor Certification. A copy of the certificates for all iSVS instructors and administration staff (as required) will be kept and maintained on file at the iSVS administration office and will be provided to the State Board of Education or the Public Charter School Commission in accordance with IDAPA 08.03.01.301.16.
