If the registration in respect of the certificates or DRS statements representing the Shares to be issued upon exercise of the Warrants differs from the registration of this Warrant Certificate the signature of the registered holder must be guaranteed by an authorized officer of a Canadian chartered bank, or of a major Canadian trust company, or by a medallion signature guarantee from a member recognized under the Signature Medallion Guarantee Program, or from a similar entity in the United States, if this subscription is executed in the United States, or in accordance with industry standards. In the case of persons signing by agent or attorney or by personal representative(s), the authority of such agent, attorney or representative(s) to sign must be proven to the satisfaction of the Company. If the Warrant Certificate and the form of subscription are being forwarded by mail, registered mail must be employed.
