Instructions and Purpose. The Contractor undertakes to Process the Personal Data only in compliance with the Company’s instructions according to this Annex 1. In the event the Contractor lacks information necessary to carry out its obligations, the Contractor shall promptly inform the Company thereof and await necessary instructions.
