Instructional Program Configuration Sample Clauses

The Instructional Program Configuration clause defines how the educational or training program will be structured and delivered under the agreement. It typically outlines the curriculum, instructional methods, scheduling, and any customization required to meet the needs of the participants or the contracting party. By specifying these details, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the program's content and delivery, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and ensuring that expectations are met.
Instructional Program Configuration. The organizational structure of programs and divisions is determined by collaboration of the Vice President, deans, Association and the affected program faculty. Prior to any changes in program configuration, a description of the proposed change, along with the rationale for it, will be shared with the affected faculty, who will provide input. The plan will then be discussed in the Labor-Management Committee, and any resulting recommendations will be provided to the Vice President, who will make the final decision. Individuals affected by the proposed change will not participate in the development of the Labor-Management Committee recommendation. The Association President or designee will be included in all steps of the collaborative process.
