Common use of INSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

INSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS. 1. In order to facilitate communication between the Parties for purposes of this Chapter, each Party shall designate a contact point within its Ministry of Labor or equivalent entity within 6 months of the date of entry into force of this Agreement. Each Party shall notify the other as soon as possible of any changes in the contact point.
