Institutional Provisions. 1. The institutions of this Protocol, the composition and function of which are defined in the General Part of this Agreement, are as follows: a. the Africa-EU Council of Ministers; b. the Africa-EU Joint Committee; c. the Africa-EU Parliamentary Assembly. 2. The Parties shall take account of the strategic and political guidance of the AU-EU summits in their cooperation and in the implementation of this Protocol.
