Common use of Institutional Development and Capacity Building Clause in Contracts

Institutional Development and Capacity Building. The Project will also provide institutional development and capacity building in small city and town development, municipal infrastructure, environmental management, and policy reforms to ensure sustainability of the Project and Project facilities. Furthermore, such assistance will also strengthen the institutional capacity in Subproject implementation and operation of Project facilities and services.
