Institutional Commitments. a. Both parties may individually inform local K12 employers about the Job-Embedded Transfer Program and encourage K12 employers to commit to hiring graduates of the College who wish to enter the program. b. Both parties may individually inform potential students about the Job-Embedded Transfer Program. Examples of possible informational activities may include, but are not limited to, media announcements, brochures or fliers, information sessions for students at the College. c. Both parties may individually inform the College faculty and staff about the Job-Embedded Transfer Program and encourage them to notify prospective students about the program. d. Either party may make media and other public announcements about this Agreement and the Job- Embedded Transfer Program; provided, however, that prior to a party making any such announcement, that party will provide the other party reasonable advance notice and the opportunity to collaborate in the announcement.
