Institutional Activation Sample Clauses

Institutional Activation. This component of the interface enables the Publisher to generate an Activation Code for use by an administrator of an institutional user name. The Publisher enters the institution name and an Activation Code is generated The Publisher can then assign journal subscriptions to the account by selecting journal titles and expiration dates. The Publisher then supplies the Activation Code to the Institutional Administrator. Upon receipt, the Institutional Administrator enters the Activation Code to set up their Administrator Homepage. The Publisher can edit administrator information and check the activation status and entry date for a particular Activation Code. The Publisher can search for a record by Activation Code, institution name or other fields completed by the administrator on activation.
