Common use of Installment Notes; Amortizing Notes Clause in Contracts

Installment Notes; Amortizing Notes. If the Notes are Installment Notes, they will be redeemed in the Installment Amounts and on the date on which each installment is repayable (each, an “Installment Date”) as specified in the applicable Final Terms.
