Common use of Installing Clause in Contracts

Installing. AG will deliver the stone(s) to the Customer’s address and direct the pieces to the project area. AG will place the stone(s) onto the cabinets to ensure the pieces 1t correctly, and then caulk the areas with a silicone adhesive to hold the stone in place. AG will tend to any seams and attach any backsplashes during this time. At the end of the installation is when the remaining balance is due. 5.1. The Project Checklist is to be 1lled out, signed, and given to the installers at the end of the installation. 5.2. If a piece is damaged during the installation, AG may be able to 1x the piece on-site, but may need to repair the components back at the shop. Customer and AG may need to schedule a date for AG to return and install the work that remains. Some or all of the remaining payment is still due at initial installation. **Atlantic Granite is not liable for any incidental damages that may occur during the installation.**
