Installation & Use. Your installation and use of any software; cloud services or developer tools provided as Subscription Benefits is subject to separate license terms provided with the software, services or tools, such as click-through license terms, except for any changes to those terms that are provided in this Agreement. You may only use these Subscription Benefits in a virtual environment if allowed by the specific product end user license. Of course, you may not use the software, cloud services of developer tools to develop any form of malicious software or spamware.
Installation & Use. The Provider, its employee or agent, will supply and install the Provider Equipment and a connection to the Service, or the Provider may at its option permit Subscriber to self- install the Provider Equipment. Subscriber shall follow all self-installation instructions and assumes sole responsibility with respect to self-installation. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER OR ANY UNDERLYING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION OF SUCH EQUIPMENT BY SUBSCRIBER. The Provider may charge Subscriber a fee for any missed installation/upgrade appointments without notice 24 hours in advance. If Provider is hired to install Provider Equipment at Subscriber’s property, Subscriber gives permission to enter, and accepts responsibility for Provider’s entry upon, the property upon which the Provider Equipment is attached.
Installation & Use. ONE Application license allows to install the Font on ONE Subject Application which the Application name is indicated on the receipt from the time of purchase of the License (includes screens displaying information that the Licensee entered on the website where the Licensor sells Application Fonts).
Installation & Use. Desktop Fonts can be installed and used on the number of computing devices and workstations specified and indicated on a receipt from the time of purchase of the Licenses (includes screens displaying information that the Licensee entered on the website where the Licensor sells Desktop Fonts). The Licensee is responsible to keep track that the license limitations are kept within the tier and used internally.

Installation & Use. Web Fonts can be used on the Subject Websites only within the scope of the Page Views Per Month and the Domain Name that the Licensee designate at the time of purchase of such Web Fonts. One Web License is for One Domain and its subdomains.
Installation & Use. 6.1 The Retailer shall order the telecommunication services needed to use the Bullion DNA Reader; costs associated with such telecommunication services are to be borne by the Retailer.
6.2 The Retailer shall install, deploy, activate and use the Bullion DNA Reader in accordance with the user guide attached hereto as Schedule B (the “User Guide”), as such may be amended from time to time by the RCM upon written notice to the Retailer, and in accordance with any procedures which may be provided by the RCM from time to time.
6.3 It is the Retailers responsibility to ensure it meets the system requirements identified in the User Guide for the use of the Bullion DNA Reader; any costs related thereto will be borne by the Retailer.
6.4 The Retailer undertakes to use the Bullion DNA Reader for the sole purpose of facilitating the authentication of RCM Precious Metal Products, and to solely use the Bullion DNA Reader at the Point of Use.
