Installation of Equipment by Purchaser. Subsequent to the Final Approval Date and prior to the Conversion Date, Sellers shall cooperate with and permit Purchaser, at Purchaser’s option and sole cost and expense, to make provision for the installation of teller or other equipment in the Branches; provided, however, that Purchaser shall arrange for the installation of such equipment at such times and in a manner that does not significantly interfere with the normal business activities and operation of the Branches.
