Installation; Diagnostic Testing. Tyler shall install the Licensed Software at Purchaser’s place of business. Upon installation, Tyler shall conduct its standard diagnostic evaluation to determine that the Licensed Software is properly installed and shall notify the Purchaser’s Project Manager in writing after successful completion thereof.
