INSTALLATION BY. SUPPLIER Supplier shall provide such installation SERVICES as are identified in Appendix G, to be mutually agreed to by the parties and be made part hereof if Detail Engineering Services are to be provided by Supplier, or as would be carried out under Section 9.5 hereof, entitled CHANGE ORDER, and which are consistent with Purchaser’s labor agreements either utilizing its own personnel or a third party supplier, approved by Purchaser, as a sub-contractor.
