Installation and Start-up Clause Samples
Installation and Start-up. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Seller, installation shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer. Where start-up service is required with respect to the goods purchased hereunder, it must be performed by Seller's authorized personnel or agents; otherwise, the Warranty is void. In the event Buyer has engaged Seller to provide an engineer for start-up supervision, such engineer will function in a supervisory capacity only and Seller shall have no responsibility for the quality of workmanship of the installation. In any event, Buyer understands and agrees that it shall furnish, at Buyer's expense, all necessary foundations, supplies, labor and facilities that might be required to install and operate the goods.
Installation and Start-up a. When product manufacturer’s warranty is contingent upon installation or start-up technical assistance service by the manufacturer’s Commissioned Representative, Design-Builder must advise the Owner and the Architect in writing not less than 14 days prior to date of commencement of that portion of the Work.

Installation and Start-up. Only upon B&R’s acceptance of Purchaser’s request will B&R carry out the installation and start- up of the Contract Products. Purchaser shall refund all B&R’s adequate (i) travel expenses, (ii) subsistence expenses and (iii) all adequate expenses for working times (including traveling and waiting times) as per B&R’s offer. Any and all permits required by applicable law for installations and the operation of plants shall be provided by Purchaser.
Installation and Start-up. The purchaser shall be responsible for the preparation of the installation site for the Products, the unloading and locating of the Products and the installation and availability of all required utilities. Upon purchase of the installation assistance option, Thermwood will provide authorized Personnel to supervise and/or conduct the utility connection and start-up of the products. With this option a Thermwood representative will be available for maximum of three (3) days to provide such service. Additional start-up service is available at Thermwood's quoted or published rates.
Installation and Start-up. 9.1 Unless otherwise agreed, installation, start-up, and training costs, invoiced in euros, are not included in the sales price and will be charged separately. These costs include among others:
(a) Normal working hours, waiting time and travel time.
