Installation and Qualification. Each Party will, at its sole expense, provide, install in the Aviron Area and qualify its respective Production Equipment in compliance with cGMP.

MedImmune will perform process validation on the packaging line and Cardinal Health will assist MedImmune in the validation process with its operators and engineers.
