Common use of Installation and Dismantling Clause in Contracts

Installation and Dismantling. Move in will be on Thurs., Feb, 4, 2021, 8am - 5pm. Booths must be fully completed by Thurs., Feb, 4, 2021, at which time there will be an inspection by Show Management. Removal and storage of crates will be at the Exhibitor’s expense. Exhibitors will be required to accept delivery of all incoming shipments within the confines of their own booths. Dismantling will start only after the close of the show on Friday, Feb. 5,2021 and end at 11 pm. Failure to remove an exhibit in the allotted time will afford the Management the right to remove same and place in a warehouse subject to the Exhibitor’s disposition, with all charges to follow, and at no liability to the Management.
