Inspection Time. (a) Engineers will be allowed 10 minutes after time locomotives are delivered on designated shop track except as provided in Article 2.8. Such time shall be allowed for performing duties required of them after locomotive is delivered on shop track at end of day's work, and shall be paid at a rate per hour of 1/8th of the daily rate applicable to the locomotive and service. (b) Time paid under this Article will be used to the extent necessary to make up the basic day. (c) The provisions of this Article do not apply to engineers acting as pilots.
