Common use of Inspection of Register Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Register. Any Partner, or an agent of a Partner, duly authorized in writing, shall have the right to inspect and take extracts from the Register during normal business hours and, upon payment of a reasonable fee to the General Partner, to obtain a copy of the Register not more than five days after the date of the filing of such Partner’s written request therefor with the General Partner at its principal office.
