Common use of Inspection of Register Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Register. The General Partner shall permit the Limited Partner or its agent duly authorized in writing to inspect and take extracts from the Register during normal business hours.

Inspection of Register. The General Partner shall permit the Any Limited Partner Partner, or its his or her agent duly authorized in writing writing, will have the right to inspect and take extracts from the Register during normal business hourshours and upon payment of a reasonable fee to the General Partner to obtain a copy of the Register not more than five days after filing a written request therefor with the General Partner at the registered office of the Partnership.
