Common use of Inspection of Premises Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Premises. Where the Services are supplied from the Client’s premises, and save as the Client may otherwise direct, the Contractor is deemed to have inspected the Premises before submitting its Tender and to have made appropriate enquiries so as to be satisfied in relation to all matters connected with the performance of its obligations under the Contract.
