Upon reasonable notice, Secured Party may from time to time during normal business hours, inspect Debtor’s records concerning the Accounts and the General Intangibles, the originals of the Related Rights, the Equipment, the Inventory and other Collateral but not as to unreasonably interfere with the business of Debtor.
