Common use of Inspection of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Collateral. Debtor will keep adequate records concerning the Collateral and will permit Secured Party and all representatives and agents appointed by Secured Party to inspect any of the Collateral and the books and records of or relating to the Collateral at any time during normal business hours, to make and take away photocopies, photographs and printouts thereof and to write down and record any such information.

Inspection of Collateral. Debtor will keep adequate records concerning the Collateral and will permit Secured Party and all representatives and agents appointed by Secured Party Party, including independent accountants, agents, attorneys, appraisers and any other persons, to inspect any of the Collateral and the books and records of or relating to the Collateral at any time during normal business hours, and to make photocopies and take away photocopiesphotographs thereof, photographs and printouts thereof and to write down and record any information which such information.representatives obtain; provided that such actions do not unreasonably interfere with Debtor's business..
