Inspection Incentive Sample Clauses
The Inspection Incentive clause is designed to encourage thorough and timely inspections by offering a reward or benefit for meeting or exceeding inspection standards. Typically, this clause applies in contracts where goods, services, or work must be inspected for quality or compliance, and it may provide financial bonuses or other incentives if inspections are completed without issues or ahead of schedule. Its core function is to motivate parties to prioritize quality control and efficiency, thereby reducing the risk of defects or delays and ensuring higher standards are consistently met.
Inspection Incentive. The District agrees to provide a $500 incentive pay compensation to each mechanic when the final annual Washington State Patrol inspection results determine that zero (0) buses are placed out of service during the inspection. The incentive payment will be made in a single payment in the pay period following the release of the inspection results.

The District agrees to provide incentive pay compensation to each Mechanical Technician when the final annual Washington State Patrol inspection results determine the following: • 100% pass rate: $800 • 95% pass rate: $725 • 90% pass rate: $625 The incentive payment will be made in a single payment in the pay period following the release of the inspection results. The parties agree that after ratification of this Agreement, they will explore methods in accordance with CDL guides to objectively determine if a bus inspection fails exclusively due to a bus driver’s failure to perform required pre/post trip tasks. If the parties are able to identify and agree upon those methods, then no Mechanical Technician will not receive an incentive bonus to the extent that an inspection failed exclusively due to a bus driver’s failure to perform required pre/post trip tasks.
