Common use of Inspection/Documentation Clause in Contracts

Inspection/Documentation. COR or designated representative shall inspect and approve surface preparation prior to application of coatings. COR or designated representative shall inspect and approve prior to each coating application. Contractor shall obtain a certification from the manufacturer’s authorized technical representative, confirming coating application was applied correctly and that the manufacturer’s warranty is upheld. Submit the certification to the COR. On satisfactory completion provide three (3) service / repair reports to the ▇▇▇ Representative.
