Common use of Inspection and Testing by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Testing by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right at all times during the term of this Lease to (i) inspect the Leased Premises and to (ii) conduct tests and investigations to determine whether Tenant is in compliance with the provisions of this Section. Except in case of emergency, Landlord shall give reasonable notice to Tenant before conducting any inspections, tests, or investigations. The cost of all such inspections, tests and investigations shall be borne by Tenant if Tenant is in breach of Section 10.3 of this Lease. Neither any action nor inaction on the part of Landlord pursuant to this Section 10.3(e) shall be deemed in any way to release Tenant from, or in any way modify or alter, Tenant’s responsibilities, obligations, and/or liabilities incurred pursuant to Section 10.3 hereof.

Neither any action nor inaction on the part of Landlord pursuant to this Section 10.3(e) shall be deemed in any way to release Tenant from, or in any way modify or alter, Tenant’s responsibilities, obligations, and/or liabilities incurred pursuant to Section 10.3 hereof.
