Inspection and Delivery Procedures. The Buyer (and its designated representatives) shall be entitled to inspect the Aircraft and the Aircraft Documents for the purposes of confirming that the Aircraft meets the Delivery Conditions (the Inspection). The Inspection and Delivery procedures are set out in Schedule 8.
