Common use of Inspection and Audit Rights Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Audit Rights. The Servicer agrees that, upon reasonable prior notice, it will permit any representative of the Trustee, during the Servicer's normal business hours, to examine all of the books of account, records, reports and other papers of the Servicer relating to the Contracts, to make copies and extracts therefrom, to cause such books to be audited by independent accountants selected by the Trustee, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts relating to the Contracts with the Servicer's officers, employees and independent accountants (and by this provision the Servicer hereby authorizes said accountants to discuss with such representatives such affairs, finances and accounts), all at such reasonable times and as often as may be reasonably requested. Any expense incident to the reasonable exercise by the Trustee of any right under this Section shall be borne by the Trustee and reimbursed to it by the Company under Section 7.7.
