Inspect. “Inspect” and any derivative thereof, as used in reference to the Engineer shall mean; Type of evaluation that a reasonably prudent Engineer, in the exercise of ordinary care, would make to determine if the Work is in general accordance with the Contract Documents; they are not “inspections” as would necessarily disclose a defect.
