INSOLVENCY FUNDS EXCLUSION CLAUSE. This Agreement excludes all liability of the Company arising by contract, operation of law, or otherwise, from its participation or membership, whether voluntary or involuntary, in any insolvency fund. The term of this exclusion shall not operate so as to result in a diminution of the subscribing Reinsurer's obligation to the Company under policy obligations subject to cessions under this Agreement.
