Inquiries from Outside the Territory. Representative shall promptly submit to Company, for Company’s attention and handling, the originals of all inquiries received by Representative from customers outside the Territory.
Inquiries from Outside the Territory. The S/A shall promptly submit to their Manager, for the Licensee's attention and handling, the originals of all inquiries received by the S/A from customers.
Inquiries from Outside the Territory. The MA shall promptly submit to their direct manager, for the Licensor's attention and handling, the originals of all inquiries received by the MA from customers.
Inquiries from Outside the Territory. Licensee shall promptly refer to Licensor all inquiries received by Licensee for use of any Technology or related services from outside of the Territory.
Inquiries from Outside the Territory. The Agent agrees that it shall act only within the Territory assigned and shall not take orders from customers outside the said Territory. The Agent shall promptly submit to Company, for Company’s attention and handling, the originals of all inquiries received by Agent from customers outside the Territory.

Rep shall promptly submit to Company, for Company's attention and handling, the originals of all inquiries received by Rep from Customers outside the Rep’s Territory. However, when such referral becomes a sale with cleared funds collected and commissions due, The Sales Rep referring the customer shall receive 30% of the commission payable.
Inquiries from Outside the Territory. Representative shall promptly submit to Lattice, for Lattice's attention and handling, the originals of all inquires received by Representative from customers outside the Territory.
Inquiries from Outside the Territory. Distributor will refer all inquiries regarding the Products from Persons located outside the Territory, and requests for Products to be shipped outside the Territory, to WaferGen. Distributor shall not be entitled to any compensation for such referrals.
