Common use of Input Data Format Clause in Contracts

Input Data Format. The Contractor data input specifications (“Input Specifications”) shall be published on the Contractor’s client portal (“Project Site”). The Contractor will provide an initial 90-minute phone meeting with the State to review the Input Specifications and answer questions. Further, a Contractor Data Analyst will be designated to answer questions and provide feedback to the State technical personnel on an on-going basis as needed in order to understand and interpret the Input Specifications.
