Common use of Inoculation Clause in Contracts

Inoculation. The City agrees to pay reasonable expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for members and the member's immediate family residing in the member's household when such becomes necessary as a result of said member's exposure to contagious diseases in the line of duty. The member shall make all reasonable efforts to have this service performed at no cost by the County Health Department or other agency.
