Inmate Telephone System. Response Times for Functionalities other than Monitoring
Inmate Telephone System. Inmates assigned to the secure prison shall have access to an inmate telephone system. For reasons of security, the same in-mate telephone system and vendor as used by the Department shall be used by CSC. Inmate telephone services shall be made available in a manner identical to that described in Department written instructions.
Inmate Telephone System. Contractor must prepare the end of the month invoice format and content in the following manner:
i. County’s Contract number,
ii. Contractor’s name, address, and phone number, iii. Invoice number, iv. Invoice date, and v. Telephone rates: • Billing period, • Billiable minutes by call type (e.g., intrastate, interstate, international, Speed Dial) • Non-billable minutes, • Taxes and regulatory fees.
Inmate Telephone System. 3.1 Did all of the hardware boot properly with no errors?
3.2 Is Windows running and are the internal system boards sync'd?
3.3 Is the IP address info properly configured on each ITS?
3.4 Is the "AGM LAN" NIC plugged into the GTL network and do you have connectivity back to GTL?
3.5 If using a dial-up solution for the WAN, is it working and connecting properly?
3.6 If a modem is connected to the ITS (VAC/Radical) is it configured and working?
Inmate Telephone System. Inmates assigned to the secure prison shall have access to an inmate telephone system. For reasons of security, the same inmate telephone system and vendor as used by the Department shall be used by CSC. Inmate telephone services shall be made available in a manner identical to that described in Department written instructions.
5.18.1 Revenues earned as a result of CSC's use of the inmate telephone system shall be directed from the Department's vendor to CSC for deposit in the W&B Fund to be used for the benefit of assigned inmates.
5.18.2 CSC shall submit for Department approval written procedures regarding the provision and use of the inmate telephone system to include use of revenues received from the telephone system.

Inmate Telephone System. 9.5.1.1. All telephone equipment provided shall be fully operational at the time of the initial installation. Contractor shall install all new inmate telephone sets, visitation telephones and ITS related equipment. The telephone sets shall be suitable for a correctional environment, stainless steel, sturdy, non-coin, vandal and tamper resistant; the cord length for the inmate and visitation telephones is specified in Exhibit B - Facility Specifications. The telephones shall not contain any removable parts. All inmate telephone sets installed shall include volume control. All telephone equipment shall be powered by the telephone line, not require an additional power source. Contractor shall place placards containing dialing instructions in English and Spanish on each telephone. Placards shall be replaced each time an inmate telephone set is replaced. At no cost to County, Contractor shall install additional telephones (inmate and visitation), monitoring and recording equipment as needed, within thirty (30) days of request. This includes newly constructed or expanded Facilities.
9.5.1.5.1. If the installation of the additional telephones (inmate and visitation) is not completed within thirty (30) days, Contractor may incur liquidated damages in the amount of five-hundred ($500.00) dollars for each day beyond the thirty (30) day installation date until the installation is complete.
9.5.1.5.2. Should Contractor incur liquidated damages, County, and/or its Designated Agent, will invoice Contractor.- Payment of the invoice shall be made to County within thirty (30) days of Contractor's receipt of the invoice.
9.5.1.5.3. Contractor shall not incur liquidated damages if the cause of the delay is beyond Contractor's reasonable control. Upon completion of the initial installation and any ongoing installations, Contractor shall provide County with a list of telephone numbers, equipment specifications and locations of each device/unit.
Inmate Telephone System. Esmor shall install the same inmate telephone system as the Department uses to ensure that calls are collect only and can be monitored, recorded and archived. In addition, the inmate telephone system shall network with the Department's system so the same intelligence data/reports obtained from Department institutions can be collected from the private prison Revenues generated by the telephone system shall be received by the Department. Esmor shall be allocated a fair share for deposit in the private prison A&R Fund.
5.18.1 During the term of this Agreement, the Department shall provide information relative to its telephone system to Esmor.
Inmate Telephone System. (ITS) System: provided by Contractor, including all telephone platforms, instruments, networking, lines, wiring, cables, conduit, switches, routers, servers, modems, platforms, System Administration Consoles and other consoles and all other related equipment, as such system is described in Exhibit A (Statement of Work) and the Attachments, Exhibit J [Inmate Communication System and Services (ICSS) Solution Requirements] and otherwise in this Contract, and all updates and upgrades from time to time provided by Contractor.
