Initiation of Negotiation Procedures. 5.1.1 The Board’s team shall meet with the representatives of the Association and shall negotiate for the purpose of reaching agreements. The Board and the Association mutually pledge that the representatives selected by each shall have all necessary power and authority to make and recommend acceptance of an agreement.
