Common use of Initial Units Clause in Contracts

Initial Units. On the basis of the representations and warranties herein contained and subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Partnership agrees to sell to each Underwriter, severally and not jointly, and each Underwriter, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at the price of $23.12 per Common Unit (the “Purchase Price”), the number of Initial Units set forth in Exhibit A opposite the name of such Underwriter, plus any additional number of Initial Units that such Underwriter may become obligated to purchase pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 hereof, subject in each case to such adjustments among the Underwriters as the Representatives in their sole discretion shall make to eliminate any sales or purchases of fractional Units. The price at which the Units shall initially be offered to the public is $24.05 per Common Unit.

On the basis of the representations and warranties herein contained and subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Partnership Selling Unitholder agrees to sell to each Underwriter, severally and not jointly, and each Underwriter, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the PartnershipSelling Unitholder, at the price of $23.12 27.47 per Common Unit (the “Purchase Price”), the number of Initial Units set forth in Exhibit A opposite the name of such Underwriter, plus any additional number of Initial Units that which such Underwriter may become obligated to purchase pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 10 hereof, subject in each case to such adjustments among the Underwriters as the Representatives in their sole discretion shall make to eliminate any sales or purchases of fractional Units. The price at which the Units shall initially be offered to the public is $24.05 28.65 per Common Unit.

The price at which the Units shall initially be offered to the public is $24.05 28.36 per Common Unit.

On the basis of the representations and warranties herein contained and subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Partnership Selling Unitholder agrees to sell to each Underwriter, severally and not jointly, and each Underwriter, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the PartnershipSelling Unitholder, at the price of $23.12 20.71 per Common Unit (the “Purchase Price”), the number of Initial Units set forth in Exhibit A opposite the name of such Underwriter, plus any additional number of Initial Units that which such Underwriter may become obligated to purchase pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 10 hereof, subject in each case to such adjustments among the Underwriters as the Representatives in their sole discretion shall make to eliminate any sales or purchases of fractional Units. The price at which the Units shall initially be offered to the public is $24.05 21.60 per Common Unit.
