Common use of Initial Transaction Clause in Contracts

Initial Transaction. As conditions precedent to the initial Transaction, B▇▇▇▇ shall have received on or before the day of such initial Transaction the following, in form and substance satisfactory to Buyer and duly executed by the Seller Parties and each other party thereto (as applicable)(except in each case to the extent that such conditions precedent are waived by Buyer in writing):
