Common use of Initial Term-Work Commencement Clause in Contracts

Initial Term-Work Commencement. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date, and funds shall be expended by December 31, 2020 (the “End Date”) as detailed under the Project Schedule in Exhibit: A. If the Work shall be performed in multiple phases, the period of performance start and end date of each phase is detailed under the Project Schedule in Exhibit A. This Grant shall terminate on December 31, 2020 unless sooner terminated or further extended as specified elsewhere herein.
