Initial Term-Work Commencement. The Parties’ respective performances under this Grant shall commence on the Effective Date. This Grant shall terminate on December 31, 2017 unless sooner terminated or further extended as specified elsewhere herein.
Initial Term-Work Commencement. The Parties’ respective performances under this Contract shall commence on the later of either the Effective Date or , 20 and shall terminate on June 30, 20 (the “Initial Term”), unless sooner terminated or further extended as specified elsewhere herein.

Initial Term-Work Commencement. The Parties’ respective performances under this Master Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date. This Master Agreement shall terminate on November 10, 2022, unless terminated sooner, as specified in §6.10 (Defaults and Remedies), or extended further as specified in §1.4.2 below.

Unless this Participating Addendum is terminated earlier, as described herein, or the State cancels its participation as described in the Master Agreement (the “Term”), the term of the Participating Addendum shall follow the Master Agreement initial term and will be automatically extended beyond the initial term if the Master Agreement term is extended (See Section 3.B.).

A full and final accounting for all funds MUST be provided to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs not later than June 30, 2018.
