Common use of Initial Term-Work Commencement Clause in Contracts

Initial Term-Work Commencement. The Parties’ respective performances under this Participating Addendum shall commence on the Effective Date and shall be co-terminus with the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement #140595. Unless this Participating Addendum is terminated earlier, as described herein, or the Lead State cancels its participation as described in the Master Agreement (the “Term”), the term of the Participating Addendum shall follow the Master Agreement initial term and will be automatically extended beyond the initial term if the Master Agreement term is extended, per §3.B.
