Common use of Initial Targets Clause in Contracts

Initial Targets. The term “Initial Targets” shall mean the two Targets set forth on Schedule 1.40, which have already undergone the clearance procedure set forth in Section 3.3.3 prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement.
