Common use of Initial System Clause in Contracts

Initial System. PathNet shall not Encumber the channels of telecommunications capacity allocated to the Incumbent as rent in accordance with SECTION 5.2 of this Agreement produced by such Equipment and, the radios, radio software, antenna, waveguide, multiplexers or any other Equipment required to operate the Initial System in accordance with the Specifications.
