Common use of Initial Services Clause in Contracts

Initial Services. Commencing as of the Effective Time, the Provider agrees to provide, or to cause one of its Subsidiaries to provide, to the Recipient, or any Subsidiary of the Recipient, the applicable services (the “Initial Services”) set forth on each of the subsections of Schedule 1 hereto.
