Common use of Initial Services Clause in Contracts

Initial Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable Service Period, each Provider agrees to provide, or with respect to any service to be provided by an Affiliate of the Provider, to cause such Affiliate to provide, to the Recipient, or with respect to any service to be provided to an Affiliate of the Recipient, to such Affiliate, the applicable services (the “Initial Services”) set forth on the Schedule (the “Schedule”) annexed hereto.

Initial Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable Service Period, each Provider agrees to provide, or with respect to any service to be provided by an Affiliate of the Provider, to cause such Affiliate to provide, to the Recipient, or with respect to any service to be provided to an Affiliate of the Recipient, to such Affiliate, the applicable services (the “Initial Services”) set forth on the Schedule Schedules (the each, a “Schedule”) annexed hereto.

Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable Service Period, each Provider agrees shall or cause any of its Affiliates to provide, provide to the Recipient or with respect to any service to its designated Affiliate relevant services that shall be provided by an Affiliate of the Provider, to cause such Affiliate to provide, Provider or its Affiliates to the Recipient, Recipient or with respect to any service to be provided to an Affiliate of its Affiliates as set forth on the Recipient, to such Affiliate, the applicable services Schedule annexed hereto (the “Initial Services”) set forth on the Schedule (the “Schedule”) annexed hereto).
