Common use of Initial Service Term Clause in Contracts

Initial Service Term. The initial term of this Agreement (the “Initial Service Term”) shall commence on March 1, 2014 and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance the terms and conditions of this Agreement, until the earliest of: (i) the End-of-Life of the Satellite; (ii) the date the Satellite becomes a Satellite Failure; or (iii) [ ] (such date the “Projected Termination Date”).
