Initial Request. Employees must attend training prior to filing an application form. Managers are encouraged to attend the training session. Requests to the committee for reclassification consideration may be initiated by the employee, a manager, or Local 1. Employees are encouraged to notify in writing both their manager and Local 1 when submitting a request.
