Common use of Initial Rates Clause in Contracts

Initial Rates. The rates that are in place as of the Effective Date of this agreement are the initial rates that will used as the base rates for year one. The initial rates are shown in the rate schedule shown as Attachment D, as determined by the Plumas County Board of Supervisors in Resolution No. 17- 8228. Subsequent rate adjustments shall also be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, and shall appear as the rate schedule shown in Attachment D, as amended from time to time, replacing the prior rates.
