Initial Rates Clause Samples
Initial Rates. After making each Advance, FFB shall deliver, by facsimile transmission, to the Borrower and RUS written confirmation of the making of the respective Advance, which confirmation shall:
(a) state the date on which such Advance was made;
(b) state the interest rate applicable to such Advance; and
(c) assign an Advance Identifier to such Advance for use by the Borrower and RUS in all communications to FFB making reference to such Advance.
Initial Rates. The rates that are in place as of the Effective Date of this agreement are the initial rates that will used as the base rates for year one.
Initial Rates. Franchisee will submit required financial documentation for this service as part of an integrated solid waste rate application. The rate application will comply with the guidelines set forth in the City's "Rate Setting Process and Methodology Manual for Integrated Solid Waste Management Rates". The portion of the rate attributable to this service shall be identified as part of the Council rate-setting process but will not be separated from the integrated rate.

The initial rates are shown in the rate schedule shown as Attachment D, as determined by the Plumas County Board of Supervisors in Resolution No. 17- 8228. Subsequent rate adjustments shall also be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, and shall appear as the rate schedule shown in Attachment D, as amended from time to time, replacing the prior rates.

Initial Rates. The initial rates to be charged and applied effective as of the Operational Commencement Date are contemplated to be as set forth in Schedule VI-6, subject to revision by the Board following development of the Initial Budget.
