Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Purchasers’ Information consists solely of the following information in the Time of Sale Information or the Final Offering Memorandum: the third paragraph, the fifth and sixth sentences of the ninth paragraph, the eleventh paragraph, the twelfth paragraph, the sixteenth paragraph and the second sentence of the seventeenth paragraph under the heading “Plan of Distribution” in the Final Offering Memorandum.
