Common use of Initial Purchaser Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchaser Information. The Company and the Initial Purchaser severally acknowledge that the statements set forth in paragraphs four, six, seven and eight under “Plan of distribution” in the Offering Memorandum constitute the only information furnished in writing by or behalf of the Initial Purchaser expressly for use in the Offering Memorandum.
